Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, VoguishBreed is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or errors caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. VoguishBreed is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
VoguishBreed is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Pre-order shipping will be delayed due to manufacturing and shipment time, but packages will be sent after the manufacturing and shipping process is done. The wait time of pre-orders will be stated in the product details section.
